Greeley park

So we were just hanging out at a park in Greeley when a police officer (animal control) came up to us. Turns out that the citizens (all three of them) voted that they could not take dogs into any of the city's parks. So that shut is down pretty quickly. What kind of heartless people vote to make it illegal to bring dogs into a park?
